Admitted Student Forms
Required: Please print, fill out, and return the Admitted Student Packet by May 29, 2021. Please view the 2021 Pre-College Student Handbook here. Note: we are in the process of amending our materials to include our new online programming protocols.
Once students are admitted to the Pre-College program, they will receive via U.S. mail a sample program schedule and orientation schedule. These are also available for download.
Note: Move-in date for in-person students is July 2, 2021. The program will commence online with student life activities on July 2, and the program's curriculum will launch July 5, 2021. The program ends with a final show the weekend of July 23, 2021.
