Artists at Work

A meaningful life starts the day you enter MECA - through integrated curricular career services and access to our creative community.

It’s not a career services office, it’s a mindset. It’s a campus-wide philosophy to help students understand how they can put their creativity to use in the world.

With our close-knit community of 500 students, faculty and staff work one-on-one with you to personal and professional goals. We work inside and outside the classroom to provide opportunities for applied problem-solving and skill development.

Throughout the four year curriculum, students learn about how their studio practice can translate into making a difference and making a living. Our support doesn’t end at graduation. We are here for all of our alumni. As their careers grow and change, we grow with them.

From residencies and grants to job applications and public art proposals, we are committed to helping you be an artist for life. View the Artists at Work brochure.
