This info session was all about being seen at MECA&D — hear from students and staff about what it means to be part of MECA&D's community, how to access opportunities to show your work, what it's like to be in the studios, and why students chose to attend MECA&D.
Typical Open House agenda:
1–2pm EST: Info Session & Student Panel
+ President Laura Freid & Dean Ian Anderson begin with a welcome
+ Featured staff presentation
+ A panel of current BFA students will lead a Q+A: participation encouraged!
2:15–3pm EST: Live Artmaking Demos and Workshops
Choose from one of two live Zoom workshops detailed below.
3–5pm EST: Portfolio Reviews with Admissions Counselors and Alumni

Live sessions will be live on Zoom and will be closed captioned.

If you’d like to participate with the video, please have these following supplies ready:
+ at least 20 sheets of paper (computer, notebook or whatever is available)
+ drawing tools of your choice
+ tape of any kind
+ any other art materials or objects that speak to you
