At the award ceremony held on April 20th, Erin Ryan-Buchanan won Gold in the Student category for her winning Sweeney Todd poster, Kirk Simpson won Silver for his Beach to Beacon 10K Road Race poster, and Ozlenen Ozbiceler took home the Bronze trophy for her branding package for the Friends of Casco Bay.
Congratulations to all of this year's winners and finalists!
The Ad Club of Maine’s Broderson Awards were created more than 35 years ago in memory of Dick Broderson, a radio personality and advertising professional who was dedicated to excellence in creativity. The awards recognize Maine agencies and professionals for exhibiting this same dedication in their own creative endeavors.
In addition to the creative awards, the Ad Club of Maine is supporting the future of creativity in Maine with a portion of every ticket sold to the 2017 event going to local students pursuing a degree in a creative field. At the 2017 awards, the Ad Club of Maine will be presenting $5,000 in scholarship to the top five entrants in the student category ($1,000 per student).
