Ceramics Professor Mark Johnson was featured in the May/June 2015 issue of Pottery Making Illustrated magazine. The article, entitled "Compose and Contain: Flower Rafts," featured the step-by-step process Mark uses in making and glazing his work. Mark's influences include painting, sculpture and architecture. He has been teaching at MECA&D for over 20 years and studied at Kent State University. His work has also been showcased in Maine Home+Design magazine.
