One of the largest senior populations in the country is in rural Lincoln County, Maine. An aging population with little to no public transportation, the area faces wide spread senior isolation. A senior-led volunteer group drives their more isolated peers, and in the process, builds community.
Artist Bio
Rachael London is a visual artist and radio producer from in Baltimore, MD. She enjoys collaborating and has worked with architects, community groups, non-profits, urban design firms, media production houses and other partners. She has worked as a designer, researcher, artist-teacher, producer and audio engineer. She studied Urban Studies at Eugene Lang College, Design at Parsons The New School for Design in New York City, and Fine Arts at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA).
